If you need to cancel an appointment…

We would appreciate at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment.

Rearranging an appointment

You can rearrange an appointment at any time by contacting our reception team on 01772 719215 or leave a message on our answer phone and we’ll contact you as soon as possible.

If you’ve missed your appointment

It is up to an individual therapist whether a discretionary charge is required due to a missed appointment.

Self-isolating? Or unwell.

Please ring to cancel your appointment if you find yourself having to self-isolate or feel unwell. We will be more than happy to accommodate you and book a future appointment if needed.
